Who We're Looking For
All positions are contract/project-based with potential for ongoing work. We don't do full-time employment (yet).
Automation Engineer
You build n8n workflows, API integrations, and automation systems that don't break. You've shipped real systems, not just prototypes.
Requirements
- → 3+ years building automation workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- → Strong API integration experience (REST, webhooks)
- → JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- → Experience with at least one database (PostgreSQL preferred)
- → Clear written communication
Nice to Have
- + Experience with AI/LLM APIs (Claude, GPT)
- + WordPress/PHP background
- + Self-hosting experience (VPS, Docker)
Full-Stack Developer
You build web applications from database to deployment. You care about performance, security, and not overcomplicating things.
Requirements
- → 4+ years full-stack development
- → React/Next.js or Astro experience
- → PostgreSQL or similar relational database
- → Deployment experience (Vercel, Cloudflare, or VPS)
- → API design and implementation
Nice to Have
- + Supabase experience
- + Tailwind CSS
- + Experience with headless CMS
- + Performance optimization background
AI Implementation Specialist
You implement AI solutions that actually work in production. RAG systems, voice AI, content generation - you've built it, not just demoed it.
Requirements
- → 2+ years implementing AI/ML in production
- → Experience with Claude, GPT-4, or similar LLMs
- → Prompt engineering that survives edge cases
- → Python or JavaScript proficiency
- → Understanding of RAG architectures
Nice to Have
- + Voice AI experience (Retell, ElevenLabs)
- + Fine-tuning experience
- + Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- + Content/marketing background
